Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but you can return goods bought from us online and in-store in an unused condition with original packaging, within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods purchased in-store can only be returned in-store with a valid receipt for a refund to your original payment method.
For goods purchased online you can either return the item in-store or return by post. If returning by post, please ensure the items are well packaged and clearly labelled, and include details of your name, your order number and your reason for returning items. You can download a copy of our returns form above or you can enclose your own note with these details. Please obtain proof of postage as without this we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
Online refunds will be credited within 5 working days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse but banks take longer to process refunds so there may be a delay in this appearing on your bank activity. Return postage is at the cost of the customer unless the goods were faulty or incorrect.
